Our pre-recorded ‘Kitchen Beauty’ workshop offers you the full experience of an IRL session with Liha and Abi from the comfort of your own home. Participants will learn about the healing powers of Shea butter as a base, the fundamentals of aromatherapy, and a step by step guide to building confidence to making your own products at home.
You will never be short of some self-care on a rainy afternoon again- It also makes a perfect gift for family and friends who have tried every other craft activity during lockdown!
Inside the LIHA 'Kitchen Beauty' kit;
Beautifully packaged, high quality ingredients. Really enjoyed making the body butter and seeing exactly what was going into it. Will definitely purchase again!
I am obsessed with the result of this product. I am annoyed that I have spent so many years using other products when I could have been nourishing my skin with something like this! Honestly my skin is so smooth and is thriving. It never feels dry! Even after exfoliating in the shower. I am in love.
I thoroughly enjoyed watching your video girls, it was very informative and enjoyable. Thank you. X
This workshop was great- Abi made it super easy to follow her instructions and taught us so much about essential oils and the mindset of Asé which I’ve been channelling as I cream my baby with his new Shea body butter a la Liha! His baby acne has completely cleared up since using the Shea butter I purchased as part of the kit too- LOVE!!
Really beautiful workshop, was so nice to have a VC with someone so beautifully ego-less and lovely xx I cherish what I learnt
We create beauty products that are, like us, a mixture of natural African roots and a quintessentially British attitude. The duality of our community is rooted in African diaspora and travels throughout the world to share the power of wellness, slow living and self-care.
LIHA was born from the desire to create an innovative, luxe natural, organic and vegan skincare brand that blends the rich botanical life of West Africa with traditional English aromatherapy and folk remedies.
All our packaging and materials are made, designed and produced in the UK by other family run businesses. All our packaging is recyclable and reusable.
