We are happy to accept returns and offer exchanges, credit note or refunds on any product you are not completely satisfied with, simply return the unused/unopened product in its original packaging within 60 days for all orders.
Please return the item/s using the returns label that comes with your order.
Unfortunately we cannot bear the cost of shipping the returned item.
HOW MUCH TIME DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN?
Our aim to process your exchange or refund as quickly as possible. Expect to receive an email confirmation once the exchange or refund process is initiated, typically within 24 hours or less.

- Up to 2-3 working days for UK orders.
- Up to 5-7 working days for EU customers
- Up to 5-10 working days for American/ Canadian orders
- Up to 5-14 working days for Rest of World.

- Free UK Shipping over £50.
- Standard Shipping flat rate £6.00 for orders under £50.
- Express shipping based on weight and ranges from £7-£9.

All European orders are tracked and sent by Royal Mail Europe.
- Free EU Shipping over £50 (~€70 depending on current conversion rates)
- Flat rate of on £12 (~€14 depending on current conversion rates) for orders under £50 .
- Estimated at 5-7 working days once dispatched.
