Contracted Admin and Operations Assistant (4 days a week, Salary £25-32k pro-rata dependent on experience)
Hybrid position, but candidate MUST be based in London

US Vogue described us as ‘bottling Africa’s best kept beauty secret'. LIHA Beauty is looking for a Admin and Operations Assistant.
The individual will be an all-rounder; outgoing - a problem solver who will be working closely with the Founders and wider team. As a small start-up, we are looking for a highly organised self- starter who is comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
This role requires a hard-working, proactive, and responsive individual with the ability to take direction well and self-manage. You must be excellent at time management, flexible, adaptive to change, and willing to take on constructive feedback.
Role Description:
- The individual will be expected to be an all-rounder, outgoing, and a problem solver.
- They will work closely with the Founders and wider team.
- The role requires high levels of organisation, multitasking, and responsiveness.

- Excellent time management skills are required.

Responsibilities:
- General administrative duties & support for Founders and wider team.
- Liaising with retailers for sell-through reports and analysis.
- Handling day-to-day operational tasks and problem-solving.
- Providing logistics support, including shipping and stock management.
- Assisting with account management.
- Uploading data to retailer portals and meeting ad hoc requests.
- Serving as the main point of contact for warehouses
- Supporting the team in supply chain functions.
- Managing customer service inquiries and returns.
- Processing B2B orders, ensuring orders are shipped in a timely manner and according to the packing requirements.
- Responsible for wholesale customer service and post-shipment enquiries such as damages, tracking numbers, shortages, etc., resolving any issues in a timely manner.
- Admin support to the team, with active management and reporting of fulfilment claims and SLAs.
- Ordering warehouse equipment, ensuring the teams have stock of all the material to fulfil the orders.
- Must be willing to help out at events
Requirements:
- Previous experience in operations and admin is essential
- Must be reactive to deadlines
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
- Ability to work well in a team and accept guidance and feedback.
- Desire to gain knowledge and experience.
