Refunds & Exchange

We are happy to accept returns and offer exchanges, credit note or refunds on any product you are not completely satisfied with, simply return the unused/unopened product in its original packaging within 60 days for all orders.

Please return the item/s using the returns label that comes with your order.
Unfortunately we cannot bear the cost of shipping the returned item.

HOW MUCH TIME DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN?

Our aim to process your exchange or refund as quickly as possible. Expect to receive an email confirmation once the exchange or refund process is initiated, typically within 24 hours or less.

• Up to 5-7 working days for American/ Canadian orders

• Free UK Shipping over £45. Flat rate of £2.99 on orders under £40. Estimated at 2-4 working days once dispatched. Please allow up to 12 working days.

• Free Worldwide Shipping over £90. Flat rate of £15.90 on orders under £90. Estimated at 5-14working days once dispatched. Please allow up to 21 working days.

• All international orders are Tracked. 

Express Delivery DHL £30.00: Allow 2 - 5 weekdays once dispatched.

If your country is not listed on our website as a destination that we currently ship to please email info@lihabeauty.com and we will organise a quote for delivery for you.
