I was really excited to receive my package but unfortunately received the box of candles shattered inside. I took a photo and submitted the damage, and received a message that they were sorry this happened, however in order to receive another box of candles, I would have to wait until I use my promo code they gave me to place another order, then I would receive the candles again. I did not truly feel this was the best option for me especially because they were shipped from UK and I waited a while to receive my package, however it does guarantee that a customer must place another order in order to receive the candles again, which feels a bit unfair. I would think that you would promptly send another box without having to place another order because this is good customer service, and what brands should do if the package arrives damaged. It may be beneficial to pack these differently that they were packed in such a small box, a larger padded box would prevent this from happening especially when shipped over seas. Unfortunately, even though I truly like what I ordered and find it something I would like to keep in my routine, I may not order again due to the decision that I must place another order first, and the time frame for shipping to US. Hope this helps for other customers experiencing the same situation.
This was my first purchase, and it left a bit of a disappointing resolution for me.
